Did nothing
Was an OCL for my children and they gave him the nickname "Dick All" cause he does dick all for the kids. Allows child abuse to happen, ignores their wishes, lies to the judge and I will show anyone the notes to verify what I say. Doesnt value the importance of family. My daughter turned 16 and moved in with me on her own will cause Scott failed to do anything in 4 years.
